About the founder
Hi I'm Kelly!
Hi! If you got to this part of the site, thank you SO much for being a part of bringing my passion work to reality. I am a mom of 2 littles (2 years, and 10 months), with over 15 years of operational and leadership experience in Tech, Healthcare, and Professional Services. My unifying passion has always come from the opportunity to coach and mentor others which is why I started coaching as a "side passion business" in 2019.

Often, a spark ignites in moms when that second baby comes around, and they start to rewrite the rules to the game - I’m currently here. I've hung up my corporate hat (for now), and am going all in on coaching and community building, serving a near and dear group of humans - career-ambitious parents navigating the fertility, pregnancy, leave, and return to work journeys. A note on my pregnancy journeys - my first born was an IVF baby with a complicated pregnancy. I had Vasa Previa and was living in the hospital at 25 weeks until my son was born at 34 weeks with a planned c-section, followed by 6 weeks in the NICU. He is now a thriving 2 year old. Our second came without IVF intervention and has been as textbook a pregnancy and baby as they come. Amazing how different our journeys can be. And how the heart grows with each kiddo!
